One of the major problems aircraft operators face with is the necessity of flight safety enhancement in conditions of increasingly intensive flight operations. At the same time, traditional hard time maintenance proves to be inefficient since scheduled overhauls are rather costly and often unprofitable. Only on-condition maintenance methods closely link the maintenance process and technical condition of an object, ensure its failure-free operation at minimum cost and make possible conducting a repair when it is really necessary.
