Therefore those people who could realize the applicability, granted from God, are happy. Vyacheslav Savin was one of them. The doctor of philosophy, the full member of Space Academy of Ukraine. He was the participant of almost all prestigious aviation forums of the world. It seemed, a plenty of favorite work is still ahead. But Vyacheslav's life has tragically broken. In our memory he always will remain as the talented expert, left the remarkable trace in aviation history.
