Last decades pilotless vehicles in many countries of the world are considered as effective means of air reconnaissance, monitoring of zones of catastrophes and ecological disasters. Alternative versions of their application are probable also. In Kharkov tasks of creation of pilotless vehicles are accomplished by a number of air corporations, including the state enterprise of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine “Chuguev Aircraft Repair Plant “ and DB "Aeroengineering". Experts have developed the pilotless vehicle "Strepet", intended for multi-purpose usage.
